Sex Therapy

Sexuality and intimacy are deeply personal aspects of our lives, yet they can be some of the most difficult topics to discuss openly. Changes in sexual desire, differences between partners, body image concerns, illness, relationship challenges, and personal experiences can all influence how we understand ourselves and connect with others.

Sex therapy is a form of talk therapy that explores the emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of sexuality and intimacy. Sessions may involve conversations about sexual concerns, desire, communication, relationship dynamics, body image, and the experiences or beliefs that influence your sexual well-being.

My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and direct, offering individuals and couples an opportunity to explore sensitive topics with openness and curiosity.

Sex therapy involves conversation only. There is no physical contact, nudity, or sexual activity during sessions. Our work focuses on developing greater understanding, strengthening communication, and exploring meaningful changes in how you experience sexuality, intimacy, and connection.
